By creating an account or using Pressure Test, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Pressure Test is operated by Vahana Labs LLC.
Pressure Test is a diagnostic tool that simulates investor, enterprise buyer, and FDA reviewer interrogation sessions. It identifies gaps in your pitch. It does not provide legal advice, regulatory guidance, investment recommendations, or clinical guidance. Outputs from Pressure Test, including verdicts, gap analyses, debrief reports, and prep plans, are informational only and should not be treated as professional counsel. You are responsible for your own regulatory, legal, and business decisions.
Pressure Test does not replace advisors, attorneys, regulatory consultants, or any licensed professional. It tells you where to look. What you do with that is yours.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@vahanalabs.ai immediately.
Pressure Test offers three tiers:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Vahana Labs reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Unused sessions do not roll over between billing periods.
You retain ownership of everything you submit to Pressure Test, including pitch scripts, deck uploads, company descriptions, and session responses. By submitting content, you grant Vahana Labs a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the service (generating interview questions, producing debriefs, and running your sessions).
This license does not extend to any other Vahana Labs business activity. Your Pressure Test content is not used in any Vahana Labs consulting, advisory, or diligence engagement. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Debrief reports, verdicts, gap analyses, follow-up questions, and prep plans are generated using AI (via the Anthropic API). These outputs may contain inaccuracies, may not reflect current regulatory requirements, and may not account for the full context of your business. You should not rely on AI-generated output as the sole basis for any business, regulatory, or legal decision.
Vahana Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content.
You agree not to:
Vahana Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pressure Test, including its question banks, interrogator personas, gap categories, debrief frameworks, prep plan templates, and the underlying software, is the property of Vahana Labs LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to Vahana Labs' intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as a subscriber.
Your submitted content remains yours. Vahana Labs' frameworks remain ours.
Vahana Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Pressure Test. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vahana Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pressure Test. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on AI-generated output, lost business opportunities, or decisions made based on debrief reports or gap analyses.
Vahana Labs' total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Pressure Test in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vahana Labs LLC, its officers, and its contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms.
You may delete your account at any time. Vahana Labs may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Account data is handled according to the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Vahana Labs may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
