Pressure Test is a product of Vahana Labs LLC. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, you can contact us at support@vahanalabs.ai.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Session Content: The information you provide during Pressure Test sessions, including company descriptions, pitch scripts, uploaded pitch decks, and your responses to interviewer questions. Uploaded decks are stored with your session and retained while your account is active.
• Usage Data: We collect analytics data about how you use Pressure Test, including pages visited, features used, and session metrics. This data is collected through PostHog.
• Communications: If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we retain those communications.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the Service: We use your session content to generate AI-powered interview simulations via the Anthropic API and to produce personalized debrief reports.
• Manage Your Account: We use your account information to authenticate you, manage your subscription, and track session usage.
• Improve Pressure Test: We analyze usage patterns to improve the quality of our interview simulations, debrief reports, and overall user experience.
• Communicate About Services: We may use your email to send service-related notifications, updates, and information about new features.
• Legal Compliance: We may use your information as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

4. AI Model Training

Your session content is never used to train AI models. We do not train any models on the information you submit to Pressure Test, and we do not provide your session content to third parties for the purpose of training their models. Anthropic, the provider of the AI models that power our interview simulations, does not train its models on data submitted through its API. Your inputs remain your own.

5. Separation from Vahana Labs Consulting

Pressure Test is operated as a standalone product. Data you submit to Pressure Test — including company descriptions, pitch materials, session transcripts, and debrief reports — is never shared with, disclosed to, or made accessible to any Vahana Labs consulting or diligence client. Our consulting engagements and our Pressure Test product operate on separate systems with separate access controls, and there is no pathway by which your session data can reach a consulting or diligence client.

6. How We Improve Pressure Test

We extract anonymized patterns from completed sessions to improve the quality and relevance of future Pressure Test interviews. This process involves analyzing the structure and effectiveness of interview interactions without retaining any identifying information about you or your company. These anonymized patterns help us refine our interview personas, question strategies, and debrief analysis. There is no opt-out for this anonymized pattern extraction, as it is essential to the functioning and improvement of the service. No identifying information is retained in these extracted patterns. Individual sessions are never quoted or referenced in any Vahana Labs content, talks, or workshops.

7. Subprocessors

We use the following third-party services to operate Pressure Test:

• Anthropic: AI model provider for generating interview questions and debrief analysis.
• Clerk: Authentication and user management.
• Supabase: Database and data storage.
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.
• UploadThing: File upload handling for pitch decks.
• PostHog: Product analytics and usage tracking.

8. Data Retention

• Session Content: We retain your session content for as long as your account is active so you can review past sessions and debriefs.
• Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, your session content and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
• Payment Records: We retain payment and billing records for 7 years as required for tax and legal compliance.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• TLS encryption for all data in transit.
• Encryption at rest for stored data.
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel and systems.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Marketing Opt-Out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Portability: Request a portable copy of your data.

11. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 12. International Users

Pressure Test is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the service from outside the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using Pressure Test, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States.

13. Children

Pressure Test is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@vahanalabs.ai so we can promptly remove it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Pressure Test after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
