- Provide the Service: We use your session content to generate AI-powered interview simulations via the Anthropic API and to produce personalized debrief reports.
- Manage Your Account: We use your account information to authenticate you, manage your subscription, and track session usage.

4. How We Improve Pressure Test
We extract anonymized patterns from completed sessions to improve the quality and relevance of future Pressure Test interviews. This process involves analyzing the structure and effectiveness of interview interactions without retaining any identifying information about you or your company. These anonymized patterns help us refine our interview personas, question strategies, and debrief analysis. There is no opt-out for this anonymized pattern extraction, as it is essential to the functioning and improvement of the service. No identifying information is retained in these extracted patterns.
5. Subprocessors
We use the following third-party services to operate Pressure Test:
- Anthropic: AI model provider for generating interview questions and debrief analysis.
- Clerk: Authentication and user management.
- Supabase: Database and data storage.
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
- Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.
- UploadThing: File upload handling for pitch decks.
- PostHog: Product analytics and usage tracking.
6. Data Retention
- Session Content: We retain your session content for as long as your account is active so you can review past sessions and debriefs.
- Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, your session content and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
- Payment Records: We retain payment and billing records for 7 years as required for tax and legal compliance.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit.
- Encryption at rest for stored data.
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel and systems.

Pressure Test is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@vahanalabs.ai so we can promptly remove it.
